Boy, Dorie was not kidding when she said this is a Roast Chicken for lazy people. Soo easy! And look at the outcome!
The bread did not exactly come out crispy, more like soppy, but it was still tasty with the fat juices soaked into it!
The Beau loved this dish. In fact, he loves French Fridays with Dorie a whole lot more than Tuesdays with Dorie – less sugar!

gorgeous! I made this last friday (but never posted it) and we were eating chicken for days!
